James did a great job. Our blower went out during freezing weather and he had a spare part in his truck that he installed while waiting on the new part. That got us through several freezing days, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommend 1st Choice A/C.

James has been our air conditioning Professional for many years now. When we have an air conditioning issue, the first call we make is to James. James takes the time to look at all issues, not just one, and leave (Most A/C Companies) if you do not purchase a new unit, a maintenance package, and non-essential items. James communicates very well through all of the steps and the best option for our family. This military family is extremely thrilled to have James 1st Choice A/C

James has always been able to solve my air conditioning issues promptly. This last time, he came out the same day I called after my home warranty was going to make me what days to have it serviced. He saved me 5 days of over 85 degree in home Temps!

I do not recommend. This guy would never give a firm time or day that he would come, then when he did come he didn't order all the parts needed. Then before he "fixed" it, went on a week vacation, then came to the house three days after he got from his vacation. We were out of town and my mom was housesitting while he came to fix it. She said it didn't seem like it was fixed, and getting back from our vacation today, we can confirm that NO, it wasn't fixed. A few things that could benefit this servicer: give windows of time in a specific date that you plan on coming; order all parts needed to repair a system, especially when components go together for the initial repair; don't tell your customer you called your electrician brother to find out how you should have repaired what you were elig

James was able to come out and fix our AC the following day after contacting him. Fixed two problems and now we are up and running . Thank you so much . Being in a 90 degree house in the middle of August , sweating all day, and having fans running all over the house ain't no fun.
