1st Choice Enclosures

1st Choice Enclosures just finished our screen room! It is beautiful. The quality of the room is amazing. It is so strong you can walk on its roof. This is just what we wanted. They have their own installation crews. These gentleman worked so well together, like a well oiled machine. Everyday they were here, they made sure no trash or leftover pieces were left behind. Everything was picked up. They were so nice and polite. Even took their shoes off before coming into the house. We are so glad we went with this company- our neighbors used a different enclosure company and they have had a hiccups with their build. Whereas we had no problems at all. They were even able to begin and finish before Thanksgiving.

Excellent experience with 1st Choice Enclosures. Ken was very professional and helpful during the estimate and purchase. Jason and his crew were very friendly and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this company.

The entire experience was exceptional! John and Keegan were our installers and they always arrived on time, were so knowledgeable and their attention to detail was so refreshing. We cannot thank 1st Choice enough and this applies to Ken and the office staff as well. We can finally spend our time outside more fully and freely in our beautiful new outdoor oasis. Please do your research before using this company. The “manager “, Rhonda and Ken who does the estimates are utterly rude and unprofessional. They installed a screen door that had one problem after another and Jon who is apparently their cousin replaced the sweep on my door and gouged up my brand new door with a tool and they are blaming this on my 16 pound dog and suggesting it was a gardening tool possibly. To the best of my knowledge people are not gardening in the winter months. The messages that were sent to me by Rhonda and Ken are despicable. They will not hold themselves accountable for their mistakes. The door still won’t close properly, they drilled an additional set of holes in the aluminum instead of using the existing holes and left the door handle hanging off upon installmen

Excellent experience. Salesman Ken was great and the construction crew, led by Jason was very professional. Very pleased with the lanai!
