STOP ALLOWING THIS. stop doing business with company's that get these types of reviews. There are over 30 options in nwa. Even if you are one of the lucky ones that gets flooring installed, you'll never hear from them again and will be stuck with whatever issues arise.

My experience with this company was all positive. They were all very professional and honest. Amy stayed in contact through the entire process. The installation crew was amazing as well. The job that they did was some of the best work that I have seen in a very long time. They made sure that everything was perfect before they left. They left absolutely no mess behind. I would definitely reccomend. Also, very affordable.

We did a bathroom remodel using them. The shower tile crumbled after one week and First Choice confirmed it was installed incorrectly. They then proceeded to not return a phone call or acknowledge the issue when someone would answer. Would steer very clear of this place.
