This week... Greg at FIRST CHOICE HEATING AND AIR and his staff worked really hard to completely replace the entire air conditioning system we had. He did a fantastic and very professional job for us! (The old outdoor unit was 14 years old and the rest of the system was much older than that! Air handler was starting to leak and the condenser/ evaporator were too.) So, we decided to have the entire system replaced. In THREE DAYS FLAT... 25 hours of work... the 3 of them put in all the new lines and boots, the air handler, condenser/evaporator and outside unit. The Diakin system is a 3 ton with all the digital bells and whistles to make Mark happy... he can check it and change it from anywhere! Can’t say enough good things! Ms Hannah was so sweet and listened patiently as I stressed about my furnace going out as freezing weather is coming in. She set an appointment right away, and Garrett came right on time. Beyond impressed by his professionalism, attention to detail and kindness. Instead of trying to upsell me on a new hvac unit, or shame me about the age of the old furnace, as two other companies had done, Garrett easily diagnosed the part needed to repair instead of replace, got it and did the repair, all within about 5 hours of my phone call! He even took the time to point out issues around the house that could affect the furnace’s efficiency, made sure it was operating just fine, and even made sure my little pet was safe inside before he left. They did an excellent job. They were here in the time lot that they gave me, The gentlemen that did the work was nice, clean, and very professional. After this, I will never use anyone else for my heating and cooling needs

Greg serviced the two units in our new to us home. They recognized issues for rectification and will rewire thermostats to fit latest technology. I feel confident that we will have a good solid system to go forward with after the extra work is completed. Thank you
