This company would get 100 stars from me if I could give it to them! They replaced all of my windows, my sliding door, and had my garage door replaced and the results are phenomenal! I had no knowledge about having this done as this was my first house I ever owned. Tammy and Tom are awesome, they answered all of my questions, explained the process to me and the cost and left nothing out, and their crew that did the installation father and son team were equally 100 plus stars! They also explained what they were doing and how much more these new windows would help my elec bill and keep my house warmer and they were right! They cleaned up everything, nothing was left behind no mess, nails, screws etc.The team that installed my garage door also cannot say enough good things about them! I will

Scott and his team helped bring the life back into our 90’s home. When we bought the house, we knew the windows needed replacing badly. They were fogged and you could barely see out of them. Scott’s team informed us about the My Safe FL Home Improvement grant that helps individuals not have to come out of pocket so much when replacing windows, etc. This was a life saver for us as we are fully renovating the rest of our house, and this grant saved us a lot of money! Grateful for the 1st Choice team and how everything turned out. My husband and I will definitely be using them for future renovation services.

Highly recommend! All staff was customer service focused and professional! I will definitely hire them again! We had hurricane impact windows installed, replacing all our old windows. A shower enlargement, hop-up bar leveled with new beautiful countertops and kitchen backsplash upgraded. They opened up a wall for us to have better flow in our home! Love it! It’s like a new home for us! No need to move in this crazy market!

I had my front porch roof replaced and back door/glass & screen door replaced as well by 1st choice contractors. I can’t say enough about the high quality work and attention to detail the craftsman did with the new door and storm door install and the surround rebuild. It is not only beautiful but is energy efficient as well. The 2 craftsman who completely renovated my ruined front porch roof were equally as impressive and I don’t think I could have asked for a more professional job. They were all respectful of my property and cleaned up throughly. I would be glad to have any of them do other projects for me.
