Called by accident, mistaking this company for the one I was looking for. I asked the person who answered if this was 1st choice, just to confirm as it sounded like it was a personal line, and all of a sudden the person yelled at me, “Ya, would you just lose my number?!” Definitely didn’t have any work done by this guy, but if that’s how you answer a call from someone calling about your services, I can’t imagine the work is any better. Absolutely crazy encounter.

Google needs a 0 star option. The owner, John, is rude beyond belief! I wouldn't trust him with a gutter cleaning, much less a replacement!

Thank you Elie and 1st Choice Roofing!!! My roof is beautiful! Their work was quick and professional and they did ALL the work with the insurance company!!! This was the easiest "home project" I've ever had to be in charge of! They recommended amazing painters as well for the outside who were also very professional. I feel like my home looks brand new and I love looking at it!!💞💞💞💞

Paid top dollar for a gutter job and got about half of what I was looking for. When I brought up my concerns (downspout routed into a pathway, poor quality finish) I was told I got what I asked for and would need to pay more to get what I actually wanted. Very disappointing.

David at First Choice Roofing gave 5 star service throughout the entire process. He’s very responsive, competitive, and their crew does a great job! First Choice is now assisting on our new home and will be our roofer going forward.
