1st Choice Service, a Wind River Company

I hired them to come out and empty my septic tank October 7, 2025. Two Asian men arrived who barely spoke English, Which is an issue when you’re trying to communicate. It took forever for them to find the septic tank, even though I pointed out the general area that it was in. During the process of searching for the septic tank, they ended up poking a hole in my sprinkler system, PVC pipe and causing a leak. I took video and pictures and they admitted they were at fault. I had my sprinkler company come and make the Repair, which was a little over $200. I’ve received nothing but delays, excuses and lies, regarding payment of the invoice for the repair. Here it is almost March and they still have not sent a check. I called Corporate, they opened a case and elevated this to upper management,

Thai Phuih and Di Siu from Charlotte, NC, were SO helpful when they came out to diagnose an issue we were having with our septic tank. They worked hard and very quickly found the issue and fixed it right away. Wind River is extremely lucky to have such experienced and hard workers on their team! I'm very grateful for their help and they will definitely be my first choice for any septic needs going forward!

Called 1st Choice on Friday because we had another septic company come out about a week before and they told us our tank couldn't be cleaned. After talking with some friends we decided to get another opinion and I am so glad we did. They were so helpful when I called and explained what had been told to me. They were able to come to our house on Monday. It took them a while but they were able to clean everything out. Saving us thousands of dollars. We had two guys working on our septic tank, one named Christian, and they both were great! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Christian also suggest us getting a riser to make cleaning out easier. The lid is pretty deep in the ground and it was a lot of work digging down to it, and it will save us on the dig fee in the long run. 1st Choic
