1st Choice Storage Cabinets Inc

In 2022 we used 1st Choice Storage Cabinets and were extremely happy and impressed by their professionalism and workmanship with garage cabinets. Fast forward to 2025, we call. Mario comes out and gives an estimate, we set a date for install. The AM appt had to be moved to 12-2pm., we were fine with the time switch. 2:30 pm, my husband calls and goes to voicemail? No text, no return phone call? What happened to the excellent customer service and professionalism? Like others have mentioned, missed appointments, no one returning calls and VM's left...it's really too bad. Moving on...

I used first choice cabinets a year ago and was completely satisfied with them and I called and made an appointment to have Mario come out and give me an estimate on doing some more cabinets. Well today Mario doesn’t show up doesn’t call. I called the office to verify my appointment yes I had an appointment between two and three. I called at 3:20 and the lady said oh let me text Mario. OK she doesn’t call me back so at 3:55 I call back and they don’t answer the phone thanks for nothing but I’ll find someone else to do cabinets for me.

I rarely submit reviews but I wanted to take the time to recognize the great job that First Choice did for my garage and kitchen pull out drawers. Mike is a wonderful person and he helped design solutions to all of my storage problems!  The installer was amazing, fast and friendly!  Not only were the initial consultation and install a wonderful experience but I recently returned to get a few more pieces to add shelves on my own - they were friendly and incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend First Choice to anyone that wants a great product, experience and good old fashion customer service!

Terrible customer service! We made an appointment for 4pm. I left work early to be here on time to meet with the estimator. At 4:15 pm we called the main office, no answer, and left a message. At 4:30 pm Mario the estimator called my wife and told her he was going to be here between 4 and 5. Keep in mind it’s already 4:30 and thirty minutes past the 4pm set appointment. She said do not bother as he was already thirty minute late. He then blamed her, my wife, for the issue as if it was her fault he is incompetent. Do not use this company. If their estimator blames the prospect just imagine how the workers are going to behave.

The guy that handled the install was great. Cleaned up after himself and very efficient. I would have liked to have then wipe all the cabinets installed down. The are two cabinet doors with some damage that I will call them on. They look great otherwise
