1st Class Glass LLC

I am a contractor trying to build a relationship with a local shower glass door company for installs after I complete bathroom renovation, After contacting Diane with precise measurements to get a quote for 30x80 frameless panel and 30x80 door with brushed nickle hardware I was told the numbers could be $2500 to $5000. After explaining to her that this is not a realistic estimate she said she would get back to me. One week later I reach out to be told she still hasn’t heard from her supplier. I would give this company 0 stars if I could for how unprofessional they have bin from star to finish.

I would highly recommend First Class Glass for any commercial or residential needs. They did the glass for our steam shower and it came out perfect. The guys were responsive, knowledgable and got the job done quickly without any issues. Will use them again.

Although I hope *not* to have to repair any more windows in the near future, if I do, I'll be using 1st Class Glass. Diana was fast and friendly in replying to my initial request, and was actually the only vendor that followed up in a timely manner when I had additional questions. Scheduling was a breeze and she readily worked with my availability. Keith and his helper were very professional and friendly as well. 1CG coming to my location for measurements and the repair—vs. having to bring window components to another shop—was a much-appreciated bonus. I would definitely recommend 1CG.

If you need something repair glass wise the same day. Go to 1st class glass LLC I called Diana I explain what happen. I was just impressed how she said they could come out and fix the same day. I had already called multiple place and they did not want to really help me. I had a lot of air coming inside my home. She help save my day and sent out Justin and Albert and Tom to measure , clean up and replace. This is less than 5 hours. I was just impressed on how professional, how quickly and the quality of work was done. Thank you to all 4 of you ! Guy if you need something done quick same day , call 1st class glass !!!!!!

Not prone to doing business reviews but had a terrific experience with this business & felt compelled to share. Am in the market for a shower door & Justin came out to measure/discuss. He gave me a lot of food for thought & things to consider before making my decision. Wasn’t pushy & actually offered up alternatives to bridge me to the point I am able to remodel the bath. Both Justin & Diana were super helpful in patiently answering all my questions! Definitely will be giving these guys a call when it’s time to execute the remodel!
