I did not feel like I was pressured to have to purchase my gutters from her. I love giving back to the community and, choosing a family owned business that made me feel good. Awesome family owned business. Honest and genuine people. Our new gutters look and perform tremendously. Worked with me on moving some downspouts due to security cameras too. I typically get 3-5 quotes before settling for a job, 1st Class was the first time I booked the service after just one quote, I could immediately tell they were good business.
