I cannot speak for the service or quality of work that this company provides, but what I can speak on is the fact that a large rock from the one of this company's trucks hit and damaged my windshield while driving on I-85 from Durham towards Creedmoor. I took pictures of the truck and called the number on the side of the truck. The call was answered by Mr. Brandon (Randy) Humphries. He proceeded to tell me that he advised me to not follow his truck too closely. Interesting approach to issue resolution. It is NC law that all loads and or cargo must be secured so as not to cause damage to other's property. Mr. Humphries stated that his insurance would call me in a few days to file a claim, they never called. When I reached back out to Mr. Humphries, he reiterated that his truck was not carry

This was a company who was hauling dirt and rock on southbound I-85 from Creedmoor towards Durham. Rock from their truck hit our windshield and cracked it. Tried to get driver to pull over but he wouldn’t. Called company phone number to speak to someone about an insurance claim to get windshield fixed and their insurance denied the claim. Take some responsibility for your negligence in securing your load. It’s a shame they won’t fix it.

I don't personally work for or use this company but I can say that I live nearby it and it attracts a lot of unsafe truckers, they are just bad drivers and don't pay attention. At least once a week when I pull out of my neighborhood they are over the line, completely in my lane, sometimes over half the truck is in my lane and there's not really a whole lot of shoulder to avoid them. I shouldn't be run out off the road just for leaving my neighborhood by semi trucks. I would prefer not to die because of someone else's carelessness.
