1st Impressions Landscaping

We had 1st Impressions come do an overhaul on our yard a few years ago and I couldn't say enough good things about this company. They are not only knowledgeable and creative but they will work within your budget. Coming from someone who knows very little about what bushes and plants work best in different parts of the yard, I have to say Laura came to the rescue. She had plans made up using images of our yard and photoshopping different plants and bushes so I was able to see what it would end up looking like. Two years later, we used them again for mulch and a clean up. Laura came again and this time was able to freshen up our yard with mulch, edging and even added a new bush. We needed some clean up/updating in 2 different locations. Laura came by and talked with us about our needs, wants, concerns and then took pictures. She was able to visually show us her vision by photoshopping out the current plants and placing in what she thought would grow in those spaces (even included info links for each new plant ). It was very easy to make decisions/changes and work together off this photo. Before the estimate, Laura came back with the 'gardening' people to confirm that the plan we decided on could actually be executed so there were no surprised when planting time came. Called in requesting a quote for some tree/bush removal and mulching/weeding. Instead of a friendly interaction he proceeded to talk down about the yard and its condition and how it could get that way. The whole reason we were trying to get work done was because of the condition it was in and I don’t have the time or physical ability to get it done. I saw all the great reviews online for this company and thought we would try it out. We will definitely be looking elsewhere for someone to do the work that actually wants the business.

Have done business with 1st Impressions for 3+ years now. John and his team are fantastic! I continually receive compliments on my lawn, which really is a testament to their service. Highly recommend!
