This morning I witnessed a company drivers driving aggressively—speeding, weaving through traffic, and even tailgating an elderly transport bus. It was genuinely unsafe. This kind of behavior is a massive liability, and I hope the company seriously reevaluates his role.

The customer service was great, but I was disappointed with the cost. They came out once and “fixed the issue” but turns out they misdiagnosed the issue. They came out a second time and stated they couldn’t figure out how to fix it. I understand charging a fee; however, I was charged the full price even though the issue wasn’t resolved. I ended up having to pay another company to fix the problem, which was extremely frustrating.

The team spent several days in our office installing a new heating and cooling system and were absolutely wonderful. Hunter and Edward were aware of when employees were on calls and made sure to keep any noise down, cleaned up everything perfectly at the end of each day, and completed the work in a timely fashion. Our team discussed we would all recommend them without hesitation.

We have used 1st Mechanical Services for more than 19 years. Emmet and Chase have always been knowledgeable and provided us with excellent service. I highly recommend this company. York, Inc.
