1st Rate Remodeling

We wanted our kitchen remodeled so I found 1st Rate Remodeling on the BBB website. Their estimate was within our budget and decided to contract them. The staff and contractors were professional with easy communication with all. They were very attentive to our needs and concerns. Quality of work was outstanding. The value was exceptional. We are very pleased with the finished product.

1st Rate was referred to us. We liked their proposed budget and ideas for our kitchen remodel. We couldn't be happier with the results. We turned our dull brown kitchen into a statement. We love the black and white quartz counters and modern gold fixtures. The project did run a few days over the initial timeline, but the team worked incredibly hard to stay within our budget and communicated with us every step of the way. This is our 5th time remodeling a room, so delays happen; we care more about the reasons and the communication. We are now ready to entertain and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome!

We were ready to refresh our kitchen and wanted something with a bit of design flair but at a good price. A neighbor referred us to 1st Rate and they ended up giving us the most reasonable bid for the kitchen we envisioned. They initially said they could start in 3 weeks and that it would take 2 weeks to complete. However, due to rain and an issue with materials there was a week's delay. Once they started, they finished the job right on schedule in 2 weeks. It's been a few months now, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We've received lots of compliments on our new dream kitchen, and it comfortably fits all our kids and friends when we have gatherings. Overall, despite the initial delay, 1st Rate delivered quality work, and we're still thrilled with our decision to go with them.
