Tammy helped us originally about a yr ago after we had another contractor lie to us and our insurance company about the damage to our roof. She was so professional and caring I just couldn’t believe that there are still people out there that actually care about other people. We got the small repairs made and then after the hail storm we had this yr Steve came out just to check and see if everything was OK and it wasn’t. He was amazing and our roof looks great. We have a large house with over 10,000 ft.² of roof and discontinued designer shingles that were approaching 20 years old. Many of the shingles were damaged by hail or wind and really needed to be replaced. Our neighbor just had their roof of similar size replaced and they were very happy with the roofing company they used. We contacted that same company, 1st Stop Roofing and Restoration. They responded immediately and did a thorough job of inspecting the roof, gutters and the copper accents. They put together a full detailed report and sat down with us explaining the assessment. I was extremely fortunate to get in touch with Dylan. He made the whole process very easy and stress free for me. Dylan inspected my roof thoroughly and explained everything clearly. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and incredibly communicative. Dylan helped me in submitting the insurance claim. He was present in person with the insurance inspector. From start to finish, this was an all around easy experience. The roof (both of them!) looks great, the cleanup was excellent and the crew was in and out in a day and left it looking better than they found it.
