2 Cool Air Conditioning

If I could give 2 Cool Air Conditioning more than 5 stars I would. What a great company. Jonathan, my technician, was a pleasure to deal with. He came out to my home to go over in detail exactly what I would be getting done with my new unit. He was very thorough and listened to my concerns about my old unit. When it was time for install, I had Allin and Roger come out to my home. They were fantastic. They kept me informed, step by step of exactly what they were doing. What a great team. Billie, the lovely women in the office was awesome! She set everything up for install, super friendly, spoke to me in terms I understood and made the entire process from start to finish very easy. You will not be disappointed with 2 Cool AC.

I had a great experience with 2Cool Air Conditioning. Jonathan was our technician and he was fantastic! Overall super thorough and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything that was going on with our system in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated! Sarah, who handled the scheduling and follow-ups, was also amazing. She was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process really easy. Overall, excellent service from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend 2Cool to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

Mr. Jonathan is a very patient and knowledgeable techician for 2 Cool. He answered all our very extensive questions about our blocked air conditioner — on Thanksgiving Eve! We are very impressed with 2 Cool’s excellent customer service, their superb technicians, and their ability to quickly solve a most untimely problem. We highly recommend them! Thank you 2-Cool!

Called Friday night about 7:pm the A_/C was not working. The immediate answer was a tech would be there shortly. Less 30 minutes repair tech arrived. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Replaced defective part within 15 minutes problem resolved and the unit was fully operational. This is what you would high efficiency. This took less than 1 hour to complete. Thanks to customer service and a very skilled technican. You can truly say this was 5 Star performance!
