Rocky responded to my fb plea on marketplace for someone to fix an install of my EV charger. He was up front about how it needed to be done, communicated with me about waiting for parts, responded to questions quickly and even came back to help troubleshoot when it wasn’t connecting properly. Highly recommend. He put the effort in to get the job done the way I wanted.

We had a bunch of projects around the house. We’ve been wanting to put in a remote operated thermostat which Rocky was able to do despite a challenge in our house system. We also got a couple of outlets put in, and a replacement light in our utility room, which came out great. The bigger job was we had a bunch of landscape lighting outside some of which had burned out and we wanted to add some lights in several other places. Rocky helped us to pick out some new fixtures and they were just what we wanted. And he suggested the placement to maximize the aesthetics of the place. Rocky scheduled an estimate for the same day contacted. Arrived on time, answered all questions regarding the job and recommended equipment. Stayed in contact until the appointment for service. We have scheduled him for additional services. Great experience, service oriented business.

Excellent customer service. Technicians were polite, prompt, and did good work.

Had trouble communicating with multiple phone numbers and payment methods. Work is high quality and was timely. My now "go to" electrician.
