200 East Lombard Parking (Propark)

Used to be good, but they have cut all staff and closed the second dynamic entrance/ exit. This means if there is any issue at the front of the line EVERYBODY waits. Plus, if a person needs to intervene, you have to wait for somebody to walk over from one of the other parking lots because there is nobody on site. It used to be fast in and out; worth the money. Now looking for alternatives because this is garbage and if you need out quickly and efficiently, you are screwed. (Like the 20 minutes I just wasted in line trying to leave (through the ONLY exit) watching a young lady talking to a box to resolve her issue). One star rating is because the system forced me to; would have preferred zero stars.

Liked the parking very much. Update 3/24/2025. This matter which was not anyone's fault was completely resolved with no harm to anyone with exemplary customer service at the national and local level. Initial problem reported 3/21/2025. My parking purchased from SpotHero for 3/20/25 at 4pm until 3/21/25 at 1am with a license plate included on the SpotHero reservation allowed me to enter with the scan successfully. We also used the scan to enter the building through the automatic door at 11:05pm to get to back to our car. HOWEVER, after multiple tries at multiple readers at both gates , the scan would not allow me to exit the garage even though it the last attempt to scan was still 80 minutes BEFORE expiration. Absolutely unacceptable. I paid 200 dollars for monthly parking only to receive an access card that does not work! I am forced to pay the daily rate anytime I need to leave the garage and an attendant is not there! No one will get back to me to fix the issue and give me a refund despite me reaching out numerous times!

Worst parking lot ever, sat for an hour after the event because it’s designed horribly
