2020 Drain Clean - Five Stars for Determination and Expertise! We recently experienced a main line drain backup, with water coming up in our basement drain. This was a challenging job, as our line runs under an unusually long driveway requiring access through two separate cleanouts. We were lucky enough to have Osbaldo as our technician, and he was absolutely phenomenal. You could tell Javon was a professional the moment he walked in, extremely personable and took the time to secure a clean entry. He had extensive knowledge on water heaters and took the time to explain the systems functions and operations as well as the warranty after finishing the install. He also brought the new one up to code, included expansion tank, pan and new fittings. Overall a great Reliable trustworthy experience at an affordable price. 10/10 would recommend.
