20/20 were AMAZING! I was on the process of buying a home and I used 20/20 for my inspection services. I found them online and picked them due to their great reviews, and here I am now as a happy reviewer. Josh (inspector) and isleyda the coordinator were very easy to communicate with! The inspection was scheduled easily. The inspection report I got was SO thorough and SO helpful. I was happy with the report, because I was able to make the best decision for myself during my home buying process. Thanks to 20 20, i was able to decline a home with several problems that the seller didn’t want to address. If you want a detailed inspection , 2020 will deliver!

I don’t post a ton of reviews myself, because who has the time. But once in a blue moon you come across service like Jay’s where you are left with no choice but to share your experience so others know who they should be going to. I have used Jay for a number of inspections simply because he does phenomenal work at a good price. But recently he saved one of my buyers from disaster. He uncovered some issues that seemed relatively minor but once we looked further into it (on his recommendation) would have costs tens of thousands of dollars. Because of him my buyer was able to get into a better property and avoid being upside down on their investment. We can’t thank you enough Jay. Don’t know what we’d do without you.
