2029 Lawrence St Parking

I paid for parking for an entire night, ended up only parking for 30 minutes, and the lot owner still decided to send my information to a collection agency that threatened me with legal action if i don't pay their $100 fine. Not only can they not figure out their 3rd party subs, but they will go after you with legal ramifications when they cant figure it out. Also, the lot is impossibly small and extremely difficult to fit your average sedan. Avoid this lot at all costs.

App is easy to use and can always add time if running late. Better service than Laz Parking thus far so will be using this place over them multiple times per week. Laz loss and their gain. Agree the lot is a little dicey and somewhat tough to navigate with an SUV.

Difficult to find. Paid $50 for reserved parking on SeatGeek now fighting to get a refund

Do not park here. The spots are nearly impossible to navigate with a larger vehicle, and it is currently occupied by a homeless encampment. Look elsewhere.
