Terrible customer service when you have a problem at the exit gate. I'm a tourist and I was there for WORK, not even for holidays, and my 2 credit cards didn't work for an unknown reason (while they worked perfectly earlier on at every store, restaurant, hotel, tolls, etc...). Their poorly maintained machines don't work properly or the system does not allow certain MasterCard credit cards (I double checked that the credit cards were active and not blocked at that moment. They were correctly activated for the trip I was doing to the USA). Anyways, you ask for help on the machine's screen, and the noise from the speaker is so bad that if you are not a local person you can't understand what they say. I parked my car at this parking garage for around 23 hours expecting based on the signage that the max daily charge would be $28. However, when leaving the garage, the final charge showed $67. I buzzed the help button only to be told that the $28 daily max resets every morning so I was charged the daily max twice. This would still only come to $56 but somehow fees and tax raised it to $67. I had no other choice but to pay or be stuck in the garage. This is a very misleading business practice for a garage and an insane amount to expect people to pay for poorly maintained parking garage. Park here if it’s convenient, but be aware that posted rates are misleading. Posted charges are $5.00 per half hour, $10 flat rate after 5, or $28 per day. We parked at 4:30 and left at 11:15. I texted the number on the receipt to pay while we were waiting to exit, 4 cars back from the street. The charge was $28. I expected $5 for the first half hour, plus the $10 flat rate for after 5. But ok, whatever, they got us in a technicality. But when we got to the exit and scanned our ticket, we had to pay an additional $5 for the time we waited in line to exit. That’s BS. There are lots of more reasonable options nearby. If you park here before 5, leave and come back at 5 to get the flat rate. charged me twice for parking. Payment through link on ticket went through yet I was still charged at the gate. Will have to refute charge once posted. Ignore the other reviews saying there is a flat rate overnight- a six hours over night was $40, but being charged twice it was $80.

Overcrowded. Took 30+ mins to get in and out due to traffic. Not enough elevators expect to walk up the stairs after your event (16 flights of stairs for us) or wait an hour. It is across the street from the front of Bank of America stadium.
