2130 Cass Lot

Had trouble getting in and out the lot scanning the QR code. Customer Service was a great help.

Clean, protect with a fence. Easy to get in and out to the freeway. Decent price. A great choice for tigers games. 5 min walk.

Getting to the lot was easy. Parking here for any of the Downtown events would be great. I parked here as I went to the Palace. It is only 3-4 blocks away, about a 6-9 min walk. It was dark (after 5 in the winter) when we parked. We felt safe walking to and from this lot to the Arena. The route we took was well lit as we followed the main streets. Afterwards, exiting the lot was a breeze.

Never park here. Paid $25 and my brother's car was stolen. 8 people's windows were broken and they took 40 minutes to send someone over. The security must be in on it.

Zero stars. I was accused of buying a fraudulent pass after explaining to the attendant on a phone call that I was having difficulty scanning my qr code. If you do use this lot, buy directly and not from a third party.
