Pre paid purchase through spot hero, got rejected every time you go eventhough you have pass. Rude parking attendance have a guts to yell at your customers!!! Please don't waste your money there! Rude!rude!rude!!

Spanish guy with slicked back hair is very difficult to deal with. Awful people skills. Tired to double charge me because I needed a bag from my car. Made me pull out of the garage and charge me again instead of letting me walk to 10 feet to where it was parked. Guy should be fired. Absolutely worthless person

When picking my car up from the garage, the employee who pulled it out switched between drive and reverse without coming to a complete stop three times in a row. (You could hear the strain being put on the drivetrain of my car VERY loudly.) I suggest hiring employees with better driving habits or more respect for their customer’s vehicles.

Charged double the price and blamed it on the 'New Guy'. Refused to provide his name, new guy name or manager's name.

I have never been so disappointed and angry in my life, I parked at this place with reservation, they said I couldn't park there until the time I paid because they closed early BUT I PAID FOR THE TIME BEFORE they were extremely rude to me they treated you badly, I don't recommend anyone to park in this place, pay more and park your car in a decent and honest place, if I could give negative stars to this hell of a place, I would
