They have paid parking available every time I have to come downtown. There is an attendant on duty to watch the vehicles at all times.

I parked in this lot while unloading boxes for my apt I would like to park on regular basis if possible I can look out my apt window & see my vehicle. Nicely lit & cameras. I need monthly parking that's safe & visible & affordable for disabled in OTR

Plenty of parking and close to the court house. No complicated method. Enter your license number, pay for how much time you want, get a receipt and throw it in the window

I like this lot because it's easy in, easy out, hasn't been overcrowded or even crowded at all the times that I've been, and I can prepay for my parking using GasBuddy and get a rebate on gas all from the ease of my phone without having to work with an attendant or fiddle with the electronic parking pass permit machine that usually don't work in the real world

Friendly but expensive. I had jury duty and it was convenient.
