Had a front deck built along with tear out of existing porch. The project wasn’t without hiccups and they were addressed by John. I don’t judge a company as much on the process as much as how they respond to concerns and deliver on their promises. I had this built well under market value for a deck this size and I know fitting that budget was challenging for them but they got it done and it’s ready to go for our open house this weekend since we unexpectedly found our forever home and are listing our current one.

I hired John from 21st Century Contracting to replace 3 bedroom windows because he replaced my roof a few years back and did a great job. From start to finish the 2 man team of John and Ricardo were very professional and easy to work with. The installation process was done quickly and professionally and every bit of mess was cleaned up. The windows that were installed were absolutely perfect. I went from crank windows to sliding windows. No more wind noise! John is very knowledgeable in the Construction business and is friendly and extremely easy to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

21st Century Contracting installed new siding, exterior doors and porch posts on my home. They are a very easy company to work with and John made himself available for all of my questions throughout the process. All of my questions were answered and John went out of his way to ensure quality work. They did an outstanding job, I would highly recommend them.

John and the team at 21st Century totally transformed the exterior of our home. They worked directly with our insurance company to make the claim process so smooth as well. They were easy to work with, communicated extremely well all along the way, and got us exactly what we were looking for. Would highly recommend.

We had 21st Century Contracting remove some base cabinets in the dining area to make more room. These were really wall cabinets the previous owner installed as base units. We wanted them hung up on the kitchen wall so they had to be careful not to scratch or damage them upon removal. They did a great job and got the units hung. Since the counter top and back splash were glued to the wall, they had to patch the wall and then paint, then replace the tile floor where the cabinets sat. They did a wonderful job. Can't even tell the wall was repaired. Cabinets look great. Anthony was very courteous and timely on the repairs. We would hire them again for any remodeling we might need. Thanks
