I would give zero stars if I could. In the beginning, they seemed very professional and knowledgeable. As time went on it was apparent that customer service was not their concern. The shower walls are scratched and they would not buff out. Their response was bad spots in their molds. My response was fix your molds. The soap gathered on the back wall and would not drain. I was told that’s how it works with marble pans. They didn’t even come out and look at it. I called a contractor and he noticed that when I stepped in the shower, the pan lowered significantly and was leaking under the pan. I asked that the entire shower be removed and fixed correctly and they refused to fix it properly. They cut out the pan, and did a new one, then put trim around the pan, which is not the original

When they pored my counter top the mold was contaminated with some thing that bled thru orange the shower was great just a poor job on the vanity top
