It had plenty of parking on a random Friday afternoon despite the blizzard snow eating up street parking. The parking spots are narrow but not has narrow as some garages I've parked in at China Town. The entrance is a pretty sharp slant. Leaving the lot was easy with the signs but getting back was confusing. I was worried about all the bad reviews but it seems it stems from pricing and horrid customer service. I was able to avoid all that by using spothero. Not an Ad. just saying paying before hand made it pretty simple.

If they charged you properly, I would say this place is great. Well lit, clean, orderly. But unfortunately, they will overcharge you grossly. I parked for less than four hours on a weekend and was charged the max daily weekday rate. Couldn’t find attendant to fix, and no phone number or contact is provided anywhere.

This parking garage is generally ok, but be cautious of potential overcharges. The woman on the helpline, was unhelpful and had a bad attitude. If possible, find a nearby garage or street parking instead.

You know that Seinfeld episode where they are trapped in the parking garage? This is like that, but less funny and witty. We needed a place to park for a few minutes to drop something off at a nearby business and all of the signage indicated that you could use this lot for local shopping. There were no street level spots so we went into the garage. We parked on P1 and someone immediately told us the first level was valet only (there were no signs to indicate this.) He told us to park on P2 or P3 (lower levels). We were a bit suspicious as these levels were labeled “monthly passholders only”; we parked and went to use the elevator. The elevator was swipe access only. We had to ring the front desk who buzzed us in. However we realized we forgot something in the car and turned around to go

Warning: extremely shady practices, bordering on fraudulent. Even with proper validation, they will attempt to charge you the daily max rate if you are so much as a minute past the stated time, rather than the actual difference under their hourly rates. The attendant is clearly aware of this issue - he claimed that we would have to talk to the manager who was "only in the office Mondays to Friday" and that we would have to call after paying the ridiculous full amount. When we refused, pointing out that's not how validation works, he finally called the said manager (who was clearly available on a Sunday) who agreed that we should pay the difference.
