I had no issues with this garage. Parking 🅿️ was easy. The parking attendant was unavailable but I did not need one. I reserved a space with the Spot Hero app. The reservation was accepted at the automatic kiosk. The only parking garage that I have visited that plays music 🎶. Elevator 🛗 available. I had to buzz at the door of the complex to get back 🔙 in. A short walk away from the Wharf. Low clearance. I would use this garage again.
The employee that works there and receives you when you arrive is extremely disrespectful specially if you are not driving a luxury car. You guys should check it out. Respect is very important to your customers
Easy to get in and out. Nice that it is valet style parking. They will ask you how long your staying and park your car accordingly. Rates are about average for the area.
Seems to be valet only (no signs for this posted). Valet made me wait 15 minutes and then when I tried to leave they charged me $9
Nice clean garage, easy in and out!
