This company does not honor their posted rate. I was charged $15 to park here for 30 minutes. I contacted support and the response I got was “Upon checking the facility rate at 225 N Calvert Garage, it is $14 for a 12-hour period, valid Monday to Friday from 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Therefore, the charge for your visit is valid. Facility rates may vary depending on the time of day, so please always ensure to check the active rate on your Metropolis app before starting a visit.”

I parked my truck there for a few days while in town for work. To only come back to my vehicle trashed, my beats, 10 dollars in change and brand new, never worn sneakers stolen. That saddens me how no one is seeing this activity on camera. This isn't cool. Is this the price you pay for cheaper parking? Where are the security cameras? like come on
