2301 Cass Lot

This is a very easy to get to parking lot. That is well lit and the access point always is operational. Very close to LCA and Comerica Park. Easy in and easy out parking that you can prepay for with an app or pay it right at the machine.

I totally recommend this parking lot. Clean. Safe. Plenty of parking spots. Staff on duty. Peace of mind ..paid in advance. Short distance to LCA. Easy in and out.

Very easy to navigate the app and the gate technology worked perfectly. Close to the Little Caesars Arena and just off the I-75. Very easy to get parked and get out and gone on the highway. The lot is fenced and gated so really feel safe. Also located right next door to a great restaurant with lots of foot traffic. Good value compared to other lots as well.

Only place for tigers game we could pay with cc every where else took cash or passes. They also stay there to watch over our vehicles I noticed so thank you for that

Do not pre pay parking. They won’t honor it. The machine speaker is broken so you can’t get help there and then. There are no help numbers or people present. Contact the lot, the ballpark, the teams playing, everyone points the finger at each other and make you run loops. Effectively double paid and for the location, I could’ve been much closer. Won’t be pre paying, or using any of these lots again.
