Very affordable prices. Basically a $1 per hour. Pretty central to everything Waikiki. This building uses QR codes for payment. Scan, annotate your stall # and license plate, prepay and your g2g. Cons: parking can be very limited. I think max height was like 6', possibly shorter.

Would not recommend. Garage is very tight and you can only park for a maximum of three hours. Better to pay and park at the post office

Super cheap, but super sketchy parking garage. They purposely don't mark the stalls correctly and will tow your car for parking in a "reserved spot" even if there is no sign. Honestly I think they are just trying to scam people. Super low ceiling with pipes dripping all over the place. You're better off parking at the Zoo or street parking.

You use an app to pay. It was $1.45 for one hour on a weekday around 2PM. The ramp from the street to get in is a bit high, scratched the bottom of of the Camry I rented. Also the parking spots are tight and there aren't very many of them. It's otherwise in a good location.

Very limited parking. Very low garage SUV's not recommended. Do not pay until you have a spot. Some spots have signs that are confusing saying they are reserved and when you ask someone they can't give you a definite answer. Price wise 1 dollar an hour, max 3 hours.
