I called many places before going here and the other stores were more expensive and we're going to take an hour or more! The gentleman that helped me was so nice, funny, and courteous!! The big bonus is hanging out with Jeff the cat while you are being taken care of. Recommend 100% go check them out!

Charged $100 for a dry run. I found a extra key before he got there. Tried to cancel call twice over phone but he kept insisting he was already on the way. Very unprofessional. Rip off! Stay away from this business and spread the word not to use this business.

They were friendly, on time and the price was right! Plus it was freezing outside so I'm a very happy customer. Will recommend anytime. Most definitely a 10/10 for sure!

My wife, son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter (19 months old) were at Jekyll Island with 2 cars loaded with stuff and a toddler to keep on a schedule. In all the chaos of trying to pack up and leave at the end of their stay, my wife's car keys "disappeared". I called 24 Hour Auto Unlock. Nick got there quickly and had them on their way in no time. Great service. Would highly recommend.

Horribly unprofessional. Guy came in, was rude to everyone, broke my door lock, and scared the dog. Never, and I mean never, will I ever come to these people again!
