24 HOUR Carpet Cleaning

AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE LIARS! Was originally told the price of my couch would be between $150 to $285 depending on its size. I asked them to include an Ottoman and they said it would only be an extra $30. The final price I paid was $432 after the service! I paid them while I was working and didn't see the work done. When I got home from work, there were several spots left untouched. I've given the company a call and even though they are 24/7 as they said, nobody is answering my call or texts. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Don't listen to the other reviews they seem likely to be FAKE!!

I called to get a quote on a 4 person sectional and a mattress cleaning. The guy told me that it could be over $250 depending on what the person they send out sees. I repeated what he said very confused and told him I would call him back. I found a guy who did it for $100. I was so relieved because I just moved and was tired of cleaning my furniture by hand. Also it’s during a hard time financially so I went with it. The guy from this company called me back with this attitude. Asking if I still want the service? I replied nice and calm no thank you. He then tried (lol) to shoot back by saying was it because of the price? I replied yes. This “ Petty Betty” started talking about well good luck with the quality. I just said to him thank you and goodbye! I got my stuff cleaned and the solution

They do a wonderful job cleaning the carpet. But I was not satisfied with the price that they charged for my couch and the service that I received. I felt that my couch could have been cleaner. When I expressed my concerns, they were more like "Oh well."

Please read complete review before calling this company.I called specifically looking for steam cleaning. The gentleman answered the phone was very polite said his name was James. When “the tech” arrived I confirmed that they did Steam cleaning because I had some issues with pets that had to stay inside during snowvid 2021. And I felt that steam cleaning would be better than the usual carpet cleaner I use. Even though the price quoted was much higher than I normally pay. The tech then brought his equipment in and began the process. I had moved all furniture and vacuumed all carpets before his arrival. I have a heavy bar that I could only move a few feet for him to clean behind. After he cleaned the room the bar is in, I ask him if he could clean where it was sitting after I moved in back t

Furniture still smelled like pets after 3 days to let the Furniture dry out. Called to get reconciliation and person on the other end started raising their voice calling me a liar. Very poor professionalism.
