Just moved here from across town and we had immediate need for a good dependable handyman. Ivan advertises as 24/7, and my experience matches that intent to get requested job done ASAP - same day or within 24 hours has been my experience. Today I needed an old rusty basketball hoop removed, no sweat … he said “later today, perhaps tomorrow morning”, but as it turns out, he was able to come right away and the metal hoop was gone less than hour after I placed the call - right down to the concrete base and he smoothed out tiny metal remnants so the kids’ feet wouldn’t get hurt (👍!). He earlier put up a chicken coop (big job, good price, great work). I could go on. He’s dependable, affordable, and can probably get just about any job done. Nice friendly and kind guy, too. Mario was AMAZING—definitely a 5/5! The job was not simple, but he stayed patient the whole time and got everything done perfectly. He painted and touched up the walls, hung a painting, installed a light, and even managed to assemble a projector screen I ordered in the wrong size. I was so worried it would wrinkle, but he made it look flawless and fit the wall perfectly. It looks incredible! Edit: Hired him again to do a different job. painting and staining. Did great
