Felipe was very helpful and professional. He came over in 30 min and was upfront about the price. Had to drill out the old lock and at first the new parts didn’t quite fit right, but he spent almost an hour tinkering with it until he figured it out. Now it looks great! Really appreciate him taking the time to do it right, especially on New Years night!

Locked myself out and thought I was completely screwed. German showed up fast, handled everything onsite, and made a brand new key for my Mercedes without me having to tow it anywhere. He was professional, upfront about pricing, and clearly knows what he’s doing. The key was cut and programmed correctly and the car started right up. No runaround, no surprises. I had called 20 other places in town and they didn’t come out or said they would and then didn’t show. This guy is the real deal. If you need a locksmith who can handle high-end vehicles and actually shows up when they say they will, ask for German. 10/10 service.
