They were respectful, organized, and made the entire process stress-free. Communication was clear throughout — they kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. The pricing was fair for the quality of service I received. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving company

They came to help as same day movers because my original moving company bailed on me at last minute with no hope they were all friendly and helpful ! Absolutely blown away by 24-Hour Moving and Storage! I booked them last minute for an out-of-state move from Miami to New York, and they delivered a 10/10 experience from start to finish. Linda was incredible in organizing everything—responsive, efficient, and on top of every detail. Miguel Chacón and his team handled the move with absolute professionalism. They were punctual, organized, and careful with every item. They even helped my client pack, and everything arrived in perfect condition. From the beginning it was a good experience during a stressful time. Linda was very accommodating and kept communicating with me thruout. The movers were very good. They wrapped/boxed the items very well, they communicated very well and worked very hard. They made our moving experience alot easier. I would definately recommend them.

Paul and his other mover (I forgot his name) were more than great. They did everything with care, communication was great, timely, and nothing was damaged. I’ve used them twice and will use them a 3rd time. Thank you!
