Our home experienced major flood damage. 24 restore came right out and did an amazing job gutting my house. They struggled to find someone to do the framing and the person they found ended up getting fired because he was drinking or drugs not sure. We have been home now for about 2 years and we SO many nail pops from the drywall not being installed properly. The flooring was not done correctly and there are gaps. It’s very disappointing that we trusted them with our home and we continue to find things they did that were subpar.

I just want to say, that 24 RESTORE from beginning to end showed our home and us respect, kindness and answered all questions we had concerning clean up and work being done. This entire work crew: Alex, Mark, Bill, Eddie Lyons and Donal were all such incredible workers. This was a big job and the different crew members that did different parts of the job were fantastic, at he end of each day , they cleaned up after themselvesand left the place spotless. It took a while for everything to be completed, but well worth it. I would use 24 RESTORE for any projects or claims. Woke up to 5 inches of water in my basement and contacted 24 Restore. They were in my basement an hour and 30 minutes later and the dehumidifiers and fans were running two hours later. The next day another crew came and removed drywall and soaked insulation leaving my basement pretty much spotless. Now, after 3 1/2 days of dehumidifying, I am ready to rebuild. Both crews were polite, hardworking, professional, and efficient. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and the service.

After months and several other companies 24 restore came in did the estimate, carpet was quickly replaced and the carpenter that came in to repair-replace my wall and baseboards did a fantastic job. It was truly as if I was watching an artist at work painting, fitting pieces, and replacing baseboard. Thanks to all of you have my Condo back in one piece.

It was a pleasure working with Restore 24. From the initial notification to the appraisal, through the project and the final walk through. It was seamless. Chris Pester, the point man for Restore 24, was very professional and had some great suggestions when it came to finishing the ceiling and painting the room. The painting/plastering team, Dennis, Tavis, the third members name escapes me, were courteous, neat and most importantly prompt. Overall I give a 10.
