Parked here for 4th of July. Paid the parking ticket of $42 before getting into the elevator, but upon leaving the garage, was charged a late fee of $16 for waiting in line to get out! The ticket handler was not at his post to deal with the issue.

This building is unprofessional. The supervisor in charge of the loading dock clearly doesnt know his responsibilites. He's responsibpe for the security of a major check point into the building and ALSO smooth entry and exit for business personnel and merchandise. The loading dock is a mess. Its slow and sloppy and the manager cant seem to get it together. I have travelled to hundreds and hundreds of buildings and most seem to be able to grant entry and the delivery of goods within minutes. Why cant this guy get it together ? His crew dont know the rules and the dock isnt geared towards processing goods despite the fact there's LABS there. All labs do is order stuff day in and day out to do their tests. So why is the building so poorly managed ?? Somebody needs to get fired or step down.

Easy access, parking garage and street parking.. VERY CLEAN, monitored very well with security at desk--my FRIENDLY dentist office is in this building 'Forsyth Institute'

This address and phone number is being used by a bogus company named Boston Oncology.

Same as Xfinity, but worse.
