I live in a rural area with a pretty good size gate that has given me quite a few issues. Every time I text or call Michael he answers me almost immediately. The most recent time was a small issue that he helped me figure out over the phone so it could be done ASAP. I will only call Michael whenever I have gate issues, and highly highly recommend!

My kids accidentally broke our door resulting in a broken cable and crooked door. The company came out very last minute about 8pm and did a great job repairing the cable, replacing the drums and replacing the two springs damaged, all within an hour. Michael was a life saver this evening! I had opened my garage door and when I went to close it, it would not close and one of the wheels came off its hinges. Of course we tried fixing it ourselves but the situation became worse and the garage door was very lopsided.
