I recently had a waterline freeze and burst above my ceiling in my laundry and garage area. It happened on a Saturday night around 4:30pm. I was referred to Stu with Restore 24/7 Iowa by a close friend. Stu took my call, talked me through a quick process and was getting his team and equipment in route to my house. I needed to run to the store to grab some items to start tackling the situation on my end. I quickly ran out returned and to my amazement Stu’s team arrived at the same time. They came in evaluated and set up equipment to start mitigation. It wasn’t a planned or fun situation, but the rapid response of Restore 24/7 Iowa and the professionalism of the crew was amazing in an uneasy time. I hope I don’t have to go through a situation like this again, but I know who to call if I do

Repeat customer and recommend for your home needs! I've had Restore redesign and replace my old fireplace mantle and wall. I've also had them build a privacy fence. With the recent hail storm they are my pick to replace my roof. Professional and well priced!

Stu purchased around 8 roofing jobs from us when he came to our trade area due to storm damage. While he did pay all his bills it was a long drawn out process that was unnecessary. He would not return calls or texts. After involving a home owner restore did work for, we were finally paid. I would not recommend restore 24/7 due to their poor service levels, poor communication and lack of integrity. If homeowners read this - remember Iowa lien law allows suppliers to apply liens to your property EVEN if you've paid your contractor. (you might pay them but did they pay the suppliers?) DO NOT prepay this company without a lien waiver.

Working with Restore went great - they converted a basement concrete room into a livable bedroom for us. Added a closet, did flooring and trim, added lighting. They completed the project on schedule and on budget, I really couldn't ask for more. I've got other projects down the road and I would definitely work with them again.

After having a pipe burst in our home. Jake and his crew were at my house in no time flat. They were so professional, and took action to get clean up started. They also took care of all of clean up and repairing the damage once we got the pipes fixed. If anyone is in need of clean up and repair from a storm, fire, or a pipe bursting. Call them! They will NOT let you down. One of the easiest companies to deal with and have in my home. I will definitely be telling others I know to call them!
