Tom was absolutely wonderful and got here so quickly...in less than 10 min since placing original call!!! Was back in my house on a Sunday morning with time to still make my Noon plans. Highly recommend.

When you Google them, another address in Hallandale appears. They are not located there, I know because I went. Then I called and the answering service said they were open on Sunday. I went to the store and it was closed, even though they say they work 24/7. A waste of my afternoon. Please fix your Google advertisement and give proper information to your answering service. Also, don't advertise that you work 24/7 when you don't.

Went by the Hallandale store. It was not open even though it was supposed to be open. Called the phone number and told the North Miami store was open. I would advise you to call first and make sure someone is there. Went to the North Miami store and my key cutting needs were handled efficiently except they only had one blank for A key I needed two copies. I would rate a 5 but for not being open and not having the blank.

i lost my car keys for my 2003 pontiac. I called to get some info on how i can get a new key or what my options were. they told me they would send someone out right away and that's when i met tom. he took a look at my car knew what he had to do. started working and in less than 5 minutes i had a brand new key. thanks brother! thank you for being so cool about it

George provided great customer service and was very hospitable as he made sure to meet my specific needs! He had very good interpersonal skills and was able to create good rapport with me. If I ever need services again from a locksmith, there is a 100% that I would request his services.
