24H Mold Inspection of Goleta

The respect can I say first of all was on point. From start to finish meeting these guys was a relief not only including the servicing and inspection itself. Gladly nothing was serious but I had seen online that it was smart and not a bad idea to get a mold inspection so I went at it. Definitely a super respectful crew!

The communication was great which is rare these days. I got a text when they were on the way and a follow up email with the lab results sooner than expected. They didn't leave a mess and worked around my home office setup without being a distraction. Very smooth experience

My husband didn’t want to solve this odor issue in our house especially in the kitchen area and we let it be for a while until I cracked and called these guys up. They had identified Chaetomium and made it quick and were super respectful as well. Glad I figured out it was mold and was able to remediate it after. Will definitely reconsider these guys if suspicion ever comes up again, which, I wish never happens but who knows!

we scheduled a full mold inspection after some odor that we picked up on. i had no clue what they were doing but they got it done and let us know remediation. i saw some sort of heat thermal tool it was crazy. the y know their stuff guys don’t get it twisted
