250 E. Ponce Parking (Renaissance Center Parking Garage)

We have parked here twice and haven't had any problems. I can't speak for the bad reviews which seem to be several years ago. Maybe management changed hands. We like to park here for the proximity to Ponce and Decatur Square. Nice garage, safe, and plenty of parking. We parked around 3 hours for $18 and no problems paying or getting a receipt.

$18 for only 2 and 1/2 hours of parking. Which is appalling. I scanned my ticket again because I thought Shirley there was an error because I saw in the sign that it was only $6 for 2 hours of parking. But $18 came up again. This is Decatur not Disney world why are the prices so high?

This garage has a Tesla supercharger which works perfectly fine. Unfortunately the parking ticket and payment system doesn’t. The entrance gate notes 30 minutes free for electric charging, in the past 2 weeks they have charged me $45. This despite not parking/charging more than 25 minutes. The problem is at the exit, tickets won’t scan or when they do charging upwards of 3X the posted prices. This leads to long lines of frustrated patrons trying to get out. The call button doesn’t seem to do anything and there is no other means of contact. This location is the cheapest supercharger in Atlanta (1/2 price) but unless you’re desperate find another because DTC Aria will extract a heavy tax

My husband and I have been patients of Downtown Decatur medical Practice for many years. The parking situation at Renaissance Parking deck-250 E Ponce has always been very poorly designed and difficult to negotiate. However, this morning, Feb. 7, 2018 was the limit of my patience. The weather was very bad, but my husband had to get a flu shot from his doctor. We arrived at the office and parked in the lot. We were in the lot no more than 15 minutes. When we tried to exit the lot, I inserted the parking ticket and was charged $2 for those 15 minutes. It has been my experience that most lots do not charge for less than 30 minutes. However, I tried to pay with a $5 bill which was difficult because of the rain. There was no one in the parking kiosk so I had no choice. After the money was inser

STAY FAR AWAY! They are liars. They advertise on Ponce de Leon and Church Streets a parking rate of $5 for 3 hours of parking after 5 pm. Nice big placards. I parked Saturday 11/3/2018 at 7:42 pm. Left 10:19 pm. Was charged $12. Unacceptable.
