2501 Cass Lot

Parked here for a concert and it took almost an hour to get out of the lot. There were probably 50 cars trying to leave, and they had one exit coned off. No one knows how to zipper/merge and that was also part of the problem. I will say it is close to the arena but not worth it if you have to sit in your car that long after the show.

I was running late for the Redwings game, and I was not sure if I can find a parking lot near the Little Caesars area. Fortunately Cass was open and there were planty of space. The price is a little bit high. But in the given circumstances I appreciated the opportunity to park my car safely and reliably close to the venue.

IMPORTANT: ATTENDANTS DO NOT CARE IF YOUR CAR GETS BROKEN INTO! 99% positive it’s an inside job, when I called the company and told her the attendant said they were short staffed last night, the lady on the phone conveniently said the employee was on break at that time. DO NOT GO HERE.

DO NOT USE. Would rate 0 but can’t. Our vehicle had rear windows smashed and everything stolen. Workers stated they were on break during that time because they were short staffed due to multiple events in area last night.

Be careful wherever you park, even here. My window was busted the other night. & another car over the fence. So it doesn't matter even if you pay, the risk is still there.
