It was convenient parking for where we needed to get, but they don't tell you anywhere that it's gonna be 42 dollars to park regardless of how long you're staying. I get the idea that it is unsafe considering the back exit stairs look as if they're supposed to be closed by the Johnny Rockets side, yet the door is constantly open where my wife and I could simply walk back in through that way to get back to our car. If we are able to and we're parking there, what about someone who isn't and wants to get stuff out of other people's cars. Do not recommend.

This garage is absolutely insanely sketchy. If you lost your ticket the machine will try to charge you 200$ on card, but don’t worry a “manager” will be waiting to offer you a deal for 50$ minimum IN CASH. Do not go to this parking garage if you value your time and money.

“ do not use it” They charge us for more than 4 hours seeing our time passed 1 minute, but was wrong, in the ticket mentioned a time and we were there before… we asked for support and even showing in the phone and also the transaction in our card still did not reach the time of the ticket, they charge us and said we passed!! Do not park there!!!

Just went in. It was completely full. We drove the whole complex with at least 20 cars behind us not finding parking. We told the person at the front, and he proceeded to gaslight us and tell us there were tons of spots and that we were wrong despite even co-workers confirming it was full. Don’t go here. Save yourself the trouble and the headache.

We went today to find parking. Stay away from this deck. It was full, no attendants were available, and I had to pay $41 to get out when I did not even park.
