THIS IS NOT A 24 HOUR FACILITY Parked at 1PM on Saturday - lot was locked up at 1PM Sunday and I was told I would not be able to get my car until the next day. SIGN LIES!!!
We parked at this “24 hour” parking facility at 3:31 on a Saturday. We returned at approximately 4:15 to find the entire facility closed. The sign states that the facility is closed from 6pm - 6am. Now our car is locked inside and we have no way to access it. Upon calling the parking management company we were informed that they were unable to help us. Now we are stuck in Santa Monica and forced to pay for rides. This seems absolutely absurd to me.
Do not park! SIGN LIES. Parked saturday 10am and turned back 5pm it was closed. Sign says they are open 6am.-6pm
