2955 Cass Lot

I used this parking garage as it was close to the event I attended. The event space parking was full, and street parking was unavailable, so I opted for this secured lot with covered parking to keep my car safe. The rate was $11, valid for 24 hours, and I had no issues during my time there (6-8 PM). The garage was well-lit, clean, and spacious, with two exits for easy access. It’s conveniently located near Little Caesars Arena and many other venues, making it a good option for event parking. However, multiple people warned me to drive safe and leave quickly, which made me realize the area’s reputation. After hearing about past incidents, I’d advise staying alert and cautious. Thankfully, my experience was smooth, but safety is always a priority.

This lot is a very good choice.. The security is excellent. The lot is well lit. Friendly staff. Big enough parking places. Clean. Easy short walk to Little Caesars Arena. Cost is $17, less than half of others that were only slightly closer. Also, there were 2 exits, which made it much easier to get out after the concert.

Great parking lot for Little Caesars Arena events. It’s super easy to get in, we prepaid online and just scanned our code when we got there. Getting out after the concert was also pretty quick and easy.

Excellent spot. Safe and secure, close to many venues and inexpensive compared to most nearby. We didn't worry about our belongings or vehicle as it was obviously well secured. The attendant was polite and friendly. I'd use this lot in the future.

Very secure lot close to the arena but ParkWhiz oversells this lot. I arrived after the event started and all that were left were handicap spaces even though I paid to reserve parking. Very unhappy.
