3 Brothers Land Management and Tree Services

Anyone looking to get tree removal work done,donot hire dave smoker of 3 brothers land management and tree services.he is a fraud a con artist and his equipment is a bunch of worn out junk.i signed a contract that stated that he will start work on may 17th and be finished by may 25th. He didnt start untill the 18th and only worked 4 hours that day.than didnt show up again till may 22nd cut one small limb left and never came back.i finally fired him on the 30th and got another tree service to finish the job.i had to pay half at contract signing ($1400) .i gave him a chance to refund the unused portion of money but he doesnt return my calls or communicate with me .both trucks that he had on the job were with expired inspections one by 5 months and the other by 2 years and more than likel

Couldn’t get them to show up to work. Took $1000 deposit from me. We ended up finishing the job ourselves. Never brought any tools on the few days they did show up. Used our tools and tractor. I rented a plate compactor for $160 and they didn’t show up that weekend to use it. I lost money on that. Consequently, the patio base was uneven when the tried to tamp it by hand.. They borrowed a trailer with expired registration and the police picked them up. Countless excuses made to not show up to work on our patio. Beware!!! Unprofessional, not skilled and not trustworthy.
