Highly recommend! On a cold Saturday night the week leading to Christmas, I discovered the heat was not working. After trying 2 other compamies; one being Whitely who wouldn’t come because I wasn’t an existing customer (even though they advertise 24x7 serviceand I could’ve become a customer)…I went to a neighbor who recommended 3G’s. Well, things happen for a reason! I received a prompt call back from Justin; the first thing he said is “I want you to have heat”, not “are you an existing customer?” and he was at the house in a little over an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and showed me the part that had cracked. He had to go back to the shop for a part, but was back quickly and had the heat back on!! The ambient temp in the house had already dropped to 55, so we were beyond gratefu

I’ve been using them for years and they are always there when you need them. Highly recommend! Heather takes all my panicked calls and is so kind. I usually get Justin who is awesome but everyone is great. Jared got the broken sink pipe today. It’s just a solid company that’s good to their customers!

We had a problem with our toilet and tub backing up. Justin came to our rescue and fixed everything. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We have had 3 G’s a few times to our home and have always had a positive experience, thank you so much.

My tenant did not have hot water on Friday morning. I made many calls to plumbers. 3"G was the ONLY one to return my call. Late Friday afternoon 3"G sent someone over to the house (the same day) the problem was fixed and my tenant had hot water again. I highly recommend 3"G for all your plumbing and heating issues.

I have called 3gs in the past they are outstanding to work ..professional..honest..on time and thorough..they are now in my cell phone for #1 plumbers to call...thankyou 3gs for your fixing my plumbing issue..you guys are 1..wishing you all a great summer season..thankyou again for being there for me shortly after I call You guys are 1 in my book
